This concerns my daughter's computer and printer. She is using Windows 2000 and has downloaded the driver for DeskJet 840C.
She is able to print some things perfectly (e.g., when she writes on Word) but if she wants to print a page from the internet, it prints really too big. When I say BIG, I mean big (1 word about 2 cm in height)
and we have looked everywhere for any place to adjust this. We are sure it's installed incorrectly; we tried again and it’s the same. I just read in the installation manual that the USB cable can only be used under Windows 98.
How is your printer connected?

it's strange but I have exactly the same problem... impossible to display the page.
For your information, I'm trying to access it from a PC on which I just reinstalled Windows 98, but with my XP PC there are no issues.
I'm also encountering this problem with Adobe sites (to download Acrobat Reader) and Sun's site for the JVM.
I tried accessing the homepage of the HP site, and there were no problems, but after searching for this driver on their site and clicking on the corresponding page, nothing...

If anyone knows what's going on (maybe because of Win 98SE or IE 6 ??).
