Error message "Sorry, something went wrong."

Hello,
Here's a quick explanation of my problem: I was chatting on Facebook when suddenly I refreshed my page (which I do frequently) and I received the message:
''Sorry, something went wrong.
We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."

I did my research on the web, and it turns out that other people have the same problem as me
the solutions are not very effective
Clearing cookies --> (done)
Go to the "Help" page at the bottom of the error message (done)
So I cleared the cookies from (chrome) with no results, the message still appears..
I went to "Help" at the bottom of the error message, and when I click on it, I don't get to a help page like it was indicated on the forum that offered the solution, I simply end up back at the error message ^^'
