Big problem under W7

Hello,

I have a Toshiba Satellite L555-11L PC.
The problem is that I have a black screen with my mouse cursor appearing.
I get to the Windows 7 logo although it’s very slow, it loads, and then I have a black screen with my mouse cursor that I can move.
I tried pressing ctrl alt delete... nothing appears. Safe mode has the same black screen.
I used Hiren's Boot 15.1 to launch Mini XP, it starts up but once on the desktop I only have the cursor.
I put in the Windows 7 CD to try to repair it, but I can’t do anything because of the black screen.
I tested the RAM, no issues.
I need your help.

    Hi,

    you certainly have a hardware issue. You have to try a spare piece of equipment... First, try changing the graphics card, if that's not it, there's a good chance it’s the motherboard.
