Livebox: We can receive calls, but can't make any.

Hello,

I currently have a problem since I changed my landline with my Livebox. Before, I had a main phone and smaller ones connected to the base.

I have therefore bought new ones since the others have become almost unusable. I chose the Swissvoice brand.

But the problem is that since I plugged in the new phones, I can receive calls but I can't call out myself.

Is the problem with the Livebox or the phone?
What can I do to make everything work properly?

Hello,

The problem is now solved.

SOLUTION :

The phone was originally set to "pulses", so we had to change the settings to "tones".

The issue was quite simple but indeed came from the FV/DC.
