Livebox: We can receive calls, but can't make any.

Have you checked that the dialing mode on the phones is set to FV (voice frequency) and not DC (decimal)?

It would be surprising since the phones are new, but it would match your problem.

Do your old phones still work? If so, try them out and let us know if you can make calls with them.

We sold the old phones... But before unplugging them, they were working perfectly.

It could, but without being able to test with another phone, it's hard to think otherwise.

So let's test the reset?
At worst, if it doesn't solve the issue, it won't cost much.

I work at Orange and your problem is quite difficult to solve,

We need to run tests etc.. But have you already rebooted your Livebox or performed a factory reset?

When you talk about a landline, is it a classic analog line or are your phones connected to the Livebox?

I have had cases like this before but it has never been the brand of the phones that was the cause.

The best thing you can do is to test with other phones to see if you have the same problem. If so, call 3900 and ask for a technician to come out.

The reset has been carried out correctly but did not resolve the issue.
Could it therefore be related to the phones?

It's unlikely, it may come from the operator's SIP phone equipment. One idea would be to call them at 3900 and request a reboot.
