Forgot Parental Control Password Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,
I forgot the password for the Parental Control. I contacted my ISP who told me to contact them directly, which I did.
At their request, I sent them files, but I haven't received any response since.
Is it possible to bypass this password (and how)?
Or is there another solution?

you go to control panel --- add/remove programs --- you look for "parental control" and you click on remove ... you'll see, it works... -- No problems, only solutions!

I have a friend whose mom set up a parental control that apparently was integrated into Vista. It's activated, but she forgot the password. My friend can’t do anything except MSN, documents, and the internet is blocked. He just wants to disable the control to check if he has comments on his blog (nothing bad, so ;). How can he do that?

I found the solution, I just completely reinstalled my OS so I removed the messaging software just like that
