Hello,

There are many contradictions on the subject. I am on Windows 7 Pro, my PC (64bits) does not recognize my Olympus VN 2100 PC voice recorder.
Some point to the Olympus website: http://www.olympus.fr/consumer/2590_software.cfm?
others claim that I need to download Digital Wave Player,
who is right?
then, what do we do and how?
On the Olympus website, what should I do, click by click, thank you for your help

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

      It's done, finally I think, the screen says it's OK, and when I plug in the dictaphone, nothing???

      What should I do, I clicked here and followed the procedure,
      as usual I'm not sure about anything,
      I'm stuck, I can't empty the dictaphone.
