ATK0100 driver issue

Hello,

I had the same problem with error messages every time I turned on the computer related to that pesky ATK0100 driver that isn’t installed and G4 not working either!!! I made several attempts to update the ATK0100 driver downloads... in vain!! I even paid for a thing to check for updates!!!
But still no results!!!!
And this morning, I’m reading in a forum (asus.forumpro);

I had the same problem with my ASUS, and all I had to do was go to "start" on my computer, then type the program name "e-driver," click on it, and then check "ATK PACKAGE" and press the start button.

Now the brightness of my keyboard has returned, as well as the functions of the F1 F2 .... up to F12 keys and the messages have disappeared. Smile

So, I tried it!!! and Yay!!! it works!!!
I can't believe it!!! I no longer have any error messages asking me to install the ATK0100 driver and about G4!!!! That's cool!!!
My computer works perfectly :-)

I had the same problem and I used the link provided by Destrio5 a little higher up and it works, I no longer have the ATK0100 error message.

For more precision, I have an Asus laptop Model X54HR
My operating system is Windows 7 64 bits
