Unable to type the at symbol

Hello, with a Roccat Arvo keyboard it’s impossible to make the at sign and the corresponding keys; has anyone got the solution? Thanks. Windows 7

    Hello...

    Your AltGr key might have a problem... try holding Ctrl AND Alt AND down... or Alt AND 64

      Hello,
      For about 12 or 15 days now, I’ve had this problem (AltGr doesn’t work anymore). Sure, it works with Ctrl Alt (for example Ctrl Alt 0 for the at symbol), but the problem likely stems from Windows (8.1] in this case) following the latest updates. Indeed, I bought a new keyboard but the problem is still there!
