Issues with inaccessible menu on LG TV

Hello everyone!

I have an LG TV, model 42LC2R, which works perfectly except for one small detail.

I need to connect a PC to the corresponding input, but I cannot access the "sources" menu; I also cannot select HDMI for my decoder, for example, as I remain stuck on a SCART input....

More specifically, when I press the "source" button on the remote, the menu appears and disappears instantly to leave place for a "balance" menu, which is just a simple bar that appears at the bottom of the screen that can go left or right for sound; it is impossible to navigate through sources.

This bug occurred after a power outage, and I cannot find any functional solution to restore everything; I've mostly tried to reset to factory settings, however, I cannot find the menu. I found a few things online, like unplugging the TV for 5 minutes (although that seems weird to me), the 2 menu buttons (TV + remote), the 2 menu buttons but the TV for 7 seconds before the remote, etc..

If anyone is able to help me, I would really appreciate it, as I'm really stuck... Thank you in advance.

    Yes, to unplug the TV
    to reset
you press "home" on your remote control, then go to "settings" and confirm your choice "factory settings"
then you start your channel search again, etc., etc.
    there you go

Unplugging the TV, as I said, doesn't change anything...

For the home menu, I've already tried except that there is no menu option, I've already visited all the sections, no tools to reset.

    Thank you.
