Hello everyone
Here is my problem:
I have a LG 32LE5310 television that has been acting up for a few days...
Indeed, the television is telling me that the option is not available even though I haven't done anything; worse, it’s as if someone is playing with the remote control! It increases/decreases the volume, displays menus, and does whatever it wants inside even though I have removed the batteries from the remote control!!!!!!

I can no longer access the menu; in short, the television is uncontrollable.
I am therefore calling on your expertise before contacting customer service....... I’m fed up with them!
