Ma connexion est trop lente

salut les amis.
baih ! je souffre d'une merde connexion, le debit parfois reste stable a 15 Kb/s , et il n'a jamais monte sur 70 kb/s .et le chose qui me derange vraiment , c'est l'utilisation de skype, because i really use video conversation with skype, and that connexion avoid me to hear the other contact or even see him, and when i make my cam, the things get worse, then the call dropt, i tried to download some softwares to speed up the connexion, but they don't work , exept one ,it's "Cproxy" but the trial version stay just 15 min, however it's really great .. the same for youtube, a video's loading kan take houres, Plz i need some exelent softwars ( logiciel ) to speed up my connexion.
by theway , i have : Internet Meditel 3G HUAWEI . 1,6 Mb/s jusqu'a 3,6 Mb/s
