Hello, my digital camera, a Fujifilm FinePix JZ250, which is only 2 days old, has a problem.
Everything was working fine, and when I wanted to take a photo, I turned it on and noticed that 2 spots have appeared on the image. It's not the screen that has a problem. I cleaned the lens, which is completely clean, but it didn't improve anything. What should I do? Should I send it back to customer service?
Thank you in advance. :)

Hello,
a dust or a stain on the lens does not show anything on the screen.
Most likely, the dust is inside the lens and quite close to the sensor (compact lenses are not dustproof).
If the camera is still under warranty, it is best to send it back to customer service; this kind of manipulation is difficult and it is almost certain to leave traces of a DIY repair attempt that would void the warranty.
