Hello,
Windows cannot load your user profile but has opened a session with the default temporary profile for the system.
I click OK and then the session opens. But it is a session that is not the same as usual.
What should I do to get my previous profile back and why is this happening?
Thank you.

Hello,
I hope this will help, I had this issue with my HP Pavilion running Windows 7, and I called HP support who had me do a small manipulation that seems to work (at least for now). First, you need to be in administrator mode, or even, if you can, try restarting your machine several times to get to your desktop.
First, make known extensions visible:
Control Panel > Folder Options > View >
uncheck: "Hide extensions for known file types"
Then, head to your hard drive:
Computer > C:/ > Program Files > HP SimplePass 2011 >
Then, you need to find the file named: "TrueSuiteService.exe"
and change the extension from ".exe" to ".old".
If this solution works for you, feel free to give it a thumbs up so the solution gets more visibility.
I would also like to particularly thank all the individuals and professionals at "Comment ça marche" who often provide solutions to the issues we might encounter.

Thank you very much for this solution, which was the first one I followed and it worked right away.
Now, with your fix, my profile is finally functional again.
THANK YOU for your help.
