Hello,
I have a problem that I haven't found in the forum:
I've had a Freebox Revolution for a week, which I've connected to my Samsung HD LCD TV via the HDMI cable. So far, no issue.
Except that... after a certain period of time (which I haven't measured but is around 30 minutes), the HDMI connection drops. The screen goes black, and the TV displays "No connection, check the HDMI connection or check the cable signal." The Freebox remains on.
I then change the HDMI port: still no improvement.
I connect the Freebox and the TV via SCART: that works (but of course no HD...)
The next day, I try connecting via HDMI again: it works!!... for about 30 minutes... and back to the same issue!
I don't understand all this; apparently, the HDMI ports work on both sides, and the cable does too.
Could it be that the HD signal is too weak but strong enough at first, then not sufficient? Strange.
Do you have any idea what could cause this? And how to fix the problem??
Thanks a lot in advance!!!!
For your information, I haven't asked Free's hotline yet, as I believe there is no issue with the Freebox's operation, and I don't feel they are capable of finding a solution....

Hello everyone,
I also have a problem with video output via HDMI. It's not a bandwidth issue since the problem occurs even when we're in the menus. My TV displays "Incompatible video signal." This issue had already occurred from the beginning. I first thought about the refresh rate that I had set to 60Hz. The problem disappeared for a while. But now it's back. I will try switching to "Progressive."
The resolution setting is done in the Settings/Display/Resolution menu: Manual. I chose the resolution 1920x1080 50Hz Progressive.
