Retrieving a package after a refusal

Hello,

I ordered a computer from Grosbill with delivery through Chronopost.
However, when the delivery driver came (this morning), since I am a minor, I was unable to receive the package and had no choice but to refuse it.
But I do not know where my package has gone or how to retrieve it; the delivery driver did not tell me anything else.
Is it at the post office? At a warehouse? Or will the delivery driver come back another day? And how can I get it? Can we ask the delivery driver to come back later?

    I don't think they know it, it's Chronopost, not them.
    You can indeed go to the warehouse (with one of your parents) and they should normally give it to you.
