Hello,
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0
I ordered a laptop online and unfortunately I was not at home during the delivery, so I received a delivery notice saying that I have to wait 3 more days to get my mobile, which is a problem for me because I would have liked to have it this weekend. Is it possible to go and pick up my laptop directly from a Chronopost depot? Thank you.

Hello, YES.
You go to the nearest post office and provide your delivery notice while explaining the situation that the mail carrier came to your home but no one was present to receive the product.
At that point, they will give you the product in person, but you must bring a piece of identification that matches the name and surname listed on the product invoice.
