Hello,
I just replaced my analog satellite receiver with a CYBEST CF200HD digital HD satellite receiver to access TNT channels with free HD channels (fransat).
I'm unable to get all the TNT channels and I have none in HD.
I have adjusted and readjusted my dish, which seems fine.
In automatic setting, the quality is at 94% and the signal strength is at 76%.
Once the settings are done, I check the channels that are not working.
For example, TF1HD:
A window indicates WARNING card error.
An icon ($) is highlighted. (not on the one that works)
In signal info the strength is at 97$ and the quality at 93%.
The same goes for other defective channels.
Do you think the problem is with my receiver, the fransat card, or something else?
Thank you for your replies

Hello
The issue is resolved.
The manual states that the card should be inserted with the chip facing the bottom of the terminal and directed towards the ground. (as cricri87 also mentioned).
Well, that's not right; the chip needs to be facing upwards.
So we then get all the HD channels
Weird !!!!!!!
In short: the manual is wrong.
All that for this
Thank you cricri87 for your help.

hello
turn on the terminal
remove the card
turn off the terminal
unplug the power cable and antenna cable
plug in the power cable only
gently rub the chip of the card on a piece of clothing
reinsert the chip card towards the back of the terminal, chip facing down and pushed in all the way
turn on the terminal
wait for a message like 'no signal'
then reconnect the antenna cable
reset your terminal (factory settings)
and proceed with the reinstallation

yes yes
I think they will have to do something.
Either they change it for me, refund me, or else they prove to me that it works.

We should still inform CYBEST that the card for their HD digital satellite terminal CYBEST CF200HD must be inserted chip side up for certain models at least.
Indeed, it's quite surprising, it's a recent fransat model... is the company sedea aware of this notice bug?
yet the fransat specifications are precise on this point, it seems things have changed....
one piece of information: soon, for tntsat the card could even be inserted at the back of the tntsat decoders: in what direction?..... mystery....
which will not make our task easier on the forum...
thank you very much for the very precious info regarding this model
have a good day.
