Hello,
I have a problem with my work printer.
Every time I try to print or make copies, a message on the printer says there’s an issue with the yellow print head. We ordered a new print head and replaced the old one, but it still shows the same message along with a yellow print head (round).
What is the problem and what should I do?
Thank you in advance

Hi,
have you changed the yellow ink cartridge?-
I have the same problem with the black ink, I've cleaned the print head, changed the cartridge, and still no black printing.
I called HP support who, after making me pay 19 Euros because I was no longer under warranty for two months, told me that the print head was screwed and that they don't replace it. I needed to buy another printer and take an extended warranty.
The biggest scam ever.
If you have any solutions!! -
HP is scandalous regarding its comments about the information they could provide, such as when to change the print heads, for example.
Yesterday, I spent 2 hours on a premium-rate phone call with customer service, and I'm still waiting for a response; the technicians don't even know the equipment they sell.
