Changed keyboard symbols

Hello, I came to Argentina with my Dell laptop LATITUDE 120 L. I had it repaired but the technician changed the configuration of my keyboard.
Today when I type on a key, I get any symbol that does not correspond to what is indicated on the keyboard key.
Can I return to the initial configuration I had in France?
For example: for the at sign, on the keyboard I used to press ctrl/Alt and the zero key, and now I have to do it on the key 2 which does not correspond to the at sign symbol.
