My Beats Wireless Headphones Won't Turn On...

Hello,
I bought a Best Wireless headset not long ago, and until today, everything was fine, but I can no longer turn it on. The little light that is supposed to flash when the headset is on isn't working anymore, so the headset won't turn on either... Do you have any solutions? :)

You need to plug it into the charger and press the Multi-function and Volume + buttons for at least 20 seconds to perform a reset. After that, just turn it back on normally!

I also have the same problem but worse: despite all the advice you noted, my headset won't turn on anymore...
1) My headset has never made a sound when I turned it on or off... Is this normal?
2) I've tried everything (each time with the charger plugged in), multi-function button and volume +, then multi-function button and volume -... Nothing works, the LED (and the headset) won't turn on... Should I take the headset back to the store (it's a specialized large retail store)??
