Factory reset for Packard Bell

I have a Packard Bell laptop and I would like to know how to restore the system to its "factory settings"? Knowing that I did not create the recovery DVDs that it suggested to burn at the first startup.

Good evening,
As soon as the PB logo appears, press the F11 key and check if you still have the recovery partition for that.

I have the same request but when I press F11 on the PB logo it doesn't work.
What should I do?
