Hello,
I have a problem with the software ANUMAN Architecteur d'Interieur 3D 2005.
The installation goes well but the software refuses to start. It gives me the following error:
OLE registration failed
Function 'updateregistryfromresource', error 0x80020009
Has anyone had this problem? I searched the internet but I couldn't find any solution.
I am using Windows XP Pro.
Thanks in advance

Just run the software as an administrator!!!!
Right-click on C:\Program Files\Anuman Interactive\Architecture et construction 3D 2005\programme\Architecture et construction 3D 2005.exe then go to the Compatibility tab -> privilege level: check "Run this program as an administrator." -
Hi Cédric, I have exactly the same problem as you, namely: "update registry from resource" error 0x80020009. Please let me know if you have found the solution. P.S.: I want to install ArchiCAD...

Hello,
I had the same problem when reinstalling Interior Architect 3D 2004 Anuman on Vista instead of XP:
upon launching the program:
fatal error, I can't remember what regarding OLE, ... updateregistryfromresource .., error 0x80020009 phew!
As mentioned earlier,
I set the exe to 'compatibility XP SP2' AND 'run as administrator'
I didn't try for 107 years but I think everything works well and I have successfully retrieved my old plans
thanks for the information -
Hello everyone,
I am using Architect 3D 2004 and Windows Vista. I managed to get both working.
To do this, you need to
- go to the folder where Architecture 3D is installed
- Sort the files by "type"
- Set all the *.exe files to run in Windows XP Service Pack 2 compatibility mode, and run this program as an administrator.
- Repeat this operation for all users.
- Change the Windows display to "classic Windows".
A PC restart is not necessary but recommended.
However, there are some bugs. The compatibility is not 100%.
Good luck with Vista and Windobe! -
Hi, did you manage to fix your issue? I have the same problem as you. Thanks for replying soon.

Good evening
I encountered the same problem when installing Anuman on a Vista machine
I installed the software on a spare Win2k machine
I realized that the contact.ini file was not installed in the directory
userdir/appdata/local/temp
I believe the location of this file depends on the OS and the language.
On the Win2k machine, we also find it in the directory c/winnt and c/winnt/system32
Here is the content of this file:

Hi
I have exactly the same problem. I want to install 3D architecture and construction on a machine with Vista! Same message: OLE registration failed

Under Windows Vista, just start the program as an administrator.
Right-click on the .exe.
Cheers! -
Hi! That's exactly what I'm doing, but the software doesn't stay open for very long!!!
Any tips?
Thanks

I have the same problem when opening the software on Vista (even though it worked on XP).
But when opening a file from the software (*.acp), the program launches (a warning message appears but by clicking OK, it continues) and the software opens the file. Then you can click New and use the program normally...
In summary, opening a file made with the software (.acp)
It's a bit annoying but it works...

Hello,
Same problem as Mick and Isabelle with 3D 2004 installed on Vista and launched in Administrator mode.
I have the impression that it crashes when accessing CD2.
I would also like someone to explain to me the reason for this error and how to fix it.
Thank you

Hello,
I have a similar problem to yours:
I downloaded the software "Interior Architect 3D Edition 2007" (about 2.27 GB), but when I start the installation program, I get a loading icon for 5 seconds, then nothing happens.
- When I open the task manager and try to relaunch the installation, I see the program appear and then disappear.
- If I right-click on the installation program and run it as an administrator, I get the message: "The installer could not create the directory C:\Documents and Settings\???\xxx.tmp, Access denied."
- If I right-click and change the compatibility mode, either nothing changes (NT4 and 2000 modes), or I get the following error (98 and 95): "Access violation at address 00418137. Read of address 000000C0."
I would really like some guidance on this.
Thank you
My configuration is as follows:
* Intel Centrino 1.7 GHz
* 1024 MB RAM
* ATI Radeon X Series graphics card (128 MB)
* 60 GB HDD (40 GB available)
* MS Windows XP SP2
* I am the administrator of my machine

I want to buy interior design software.
What do you think of this software (the one from Anuman, that is)?
I'm hesitating between that and Architect 3D from Emme.
What would you recommend?

Hello,
I'm replying to Louis21
I used in 2004, Interior Architecture 3D 2004 from Clic and Go Anuman and Interior Designer 3D from Micro Application Data Becker.
So it's old and I only remember my conclusions back then:
they were the 'cheap' versions and that's probably the problem. I had to use both programs in complementarity without being fully satisfied.
But the more professional versions weren't cheap. -
3D Interior Design DECO problem: while I'm playing, it gives me a fatal error and stops my game.
What can I do? -
-
I still managed to install it, but it tells me that my graphics card is not good, I have a Nvidia 7500 LE, so I updated the drivers, but it's still the same, yet the requirement is a 5200.
It doesn't want to start?
PS: I bought Interior Decorator 3D. -
problem solved
I went into the settings of my graphics card, which was configured by Windows as standard, and I was in the advanced settings, manually, I set everything to maximum, and it works!!!! -
Hello,
Unfortunately, I have the same problem as you. I'm on XP and I've got Interior Architecture 3D 2004. No installation issues, but when I launch the file "OLE registration failed..."
Have you found a solution since then? Have you finally been able to use the software?
Thank you in advance for any information.
