3D Problem Architect Arcon Technology 10

Hello,
here is my problem, my brother bought the 3D Architect technology Arcon 10 software from Micro Application over a year ago, and during the first installation it was indicated that there were only 3 installations left.
We have reformatted the computer several times and after those 3 times we wanted to reinstall it to use it, and now there's a problem: it doesn't want to install anymore and it says the activation key has expired. How is that possible? We buy software that costs 300 euros just to throw it away after 3 installations!!??

I'm asking if anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Hello

I encountered the same issue; you just need to send a scanned copy of the purchase invoice + a scan of the CD and the box with the activation code, all in PDF format to: sav@microapp.com
explaining the problem to them.
