Windows 11 microphone issue

Hello,

I have a problem with my microphone. I have a PC N17CSL51 Thompson Windows 11, and I just noticed that my microphone isn’t working. The output sound works.

I’m told the drivers are up to date so I really don’t know what to do. When I try to test the microphone from my settings, I don’t hear my voice.

I have Intel Smart Sound Technology

version 10.0.26100.1

In the events it’s indicated:

The device settings for SWD\MMDEVAPI\{0.0.1.00000000}.{9698c6aa-cf10-40cd-93ba-7abf86b35003} have not been migrated from the previous operating system installation due to a partial or ambiguous match between devices.

I don’t know how to resolve this and I’m grateful for any help!
