Hello everyone!
I have been encountering a problem for three days. First, I want to clarify that I've gone through the forums and already tried a lot of methods that were unsuccessful.
I'm experiencing the same issue that some people have had before: I am unable to send texts to a contact with whom I used to communicate a lot. This started happening three days ago at midnight. This person receives my calls, my MMS, and I receive their texts. So, I can easily send texts to all my contacts except to this person, who is the one I contact the most.
I have an Xperia L and I'm with Virgin Mobile; my contact has a Samsung and is with Free Mobile.
After contacting Virgin Mobile, they replied, "Upon verification, I find that an incident is indeed occurring on the network of our partner. All our teams are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible."
However, the problem is still not resolved.
Here’s what I’ve tried that hasn't worked:
-Deleting all messages from this contact
-Deleting the contact
-Messaging them by entering their number, either starting with 06 or 336
-Putting my SIM card into another phone and trying to send texts to this contact: they didn't receive them
-Creating a "shock" on my phone (a method that involves removing the battery while it's on)
-Following my conversation with Virgin, I received a text from 517 allowing me to reconfigure MMS and Internet, but that didn’t help at all
-And my contact tested the same methods.
Here are the explanations I've found on different forums:
-Samsung throttling
-Conflict between Free and other operators
Not knowing where the problem originates, it is difficult for me to resolve it. Thank you in advance if you can provide me with any answers!

Hello!
No, that's absolutely not the case :) we checked just in case I wasn't in their spam or blocked contacts, mistakes can happen and that wasn't the case here.
We just solved the problem: their phone is simply too "old" and they were able to receive all my messages by putting their SIM card into an iPhone.
Thank you for your response :)
