I can't open some downloaded videos anymore ??
"An error occurred while loading the information - try refreshing the page to resolve the issue" "install flash player"...

I DON'T KNOW THE TERM REFRESH ???
I DON'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL FLASH PLAYER ??

They don't think about beginners with all these explanations....

If someone can help me, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Hello,

Sites like YouTube sometimes change the video codecs to discourage people from downloading them.

In this case, you can download this codec pack:

https://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche35535-k-lite-mega-codec-pack.html

and play the video with Media Player Classic. If that doesn't work, I don't see any other solution.

Go online, in the search engine window: Type Download VLC, it's free so don't pay in any way (0.1.net for example), once finished it offers to install (open), just follow the prompts and complete.
Close these pages and left-click on the name of your unreadable video file (in downloads, library, or video) you should see the images and sound come to life after a few seconds.
VLC also plays a lot of things like images, music, and video

Have you tried using VLC player as two other participants have already suggested?
