Video issues that won't open?

Firstly, FlashPlayer reads Flash content on the internet, including videos and animations.
Next, we need the name of your internet browser and the name of your operating system (Microsoft Windows 7; ....) along with its architecture (32 or 64 Bit). To obtain this information, you can use MaConfig.com (Here’s how to use it).
For IE9 (Internet Explorer 9), you need to go to this address: LINK.

How do you download and what kind of sites do you go to without going into too much detail, as the forum is accessible to everyone and therefore subject to compliance with the applicable legislation?

Have you tried using VLC player as two other participants have already suggested?

Go online, in the search engine window: Type Download VLC, it's free so don't pay in any way (0.1.net for example), once finished it offers to install (open), just follow the prompts and complete.
Close these pages and left-click on the name of your unreadable video file (in downloads, library, or video) you should see the images and sound come to life after a few seconds.
VLC also plays a lot of things like images, music, and video
