Hello,

For the past few days, I haven't been able to watch a video on the WhatsApp application. The ones sent to me or even those I received earlier. I can see it on my screen, it prompts me to play it, but when I hit "play," it doesn't start. It automatically goes back to "pause" at 0 minutes.
I've tried everything in vain: force closing the app, uninstalling it completely and reinstalling, resetting the settings! Nothing works????. Can someone help me please?

Hello,
I have an iPhone 12, and I've been experiencing the same issue for a few days now. Is it related to the iPhone update?

Hello Kawkaw, well I think so because the problem had arisen since the new IOS update, and this morning it works again following the recent improvement update I did yesterday.

Hello,

Just turn off and restart your iPhone.
In my case, it worked.
