Test failure rate.

Hello, I wanted to download with uTorrent but it's not loading any of my files, and when I test the bandwidth, it says: "Bandwidth test failed." So, I downloaded another program "Vuze" and still nothing is loading... I don't know what to do, could you please help me??

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Aren't the ports blocked on your box?
