Failed utorrent 3.0 rate test

Hello,

I don't know what to do anymore. One of you might be able to help me.
I installed uTorrent 3.0 and opened my ports but the connection test keeps failing. However, it tells me that my network configuration is correct. Does anyone have a solution to my problem?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.1

Are you talking about the bandwidth test? It's normal, it’s not coming from you but from the server where the tests are being done... it’s completely buggy!
