TV menu access issue

I forgot to mention that my television is a Philips Flat TV.

I have a button that says DVB and another one "digital TV menu", but even if I click, nothing appears.

To assist you, I recommend that you first carry out the following tests:

1-Unplug your TV and plug it back in after 15 minutes,

2-Press the "Menu" button on the side of the TV for 15 to 20 seconds (you will see the TV menu appear on the screen)

3-Select "first installation" or "service scan" and then proceed with the factory settings.
