TV menu access issue

Hello,
I have a Philips television (flat screen) and since I moved, I can no longer access the menu. When I turn on my TV, it stays stuck on "digital tv" and I can't change the input anymore...

What can I do to get my TV to work properly?

Hello,

To assist you, I recommend that you first carry out the following tests:

1-Unplug your TV and plug it back in after 15 minutes,

2-Press the "Menu" button on the side of the TV for 15 to 20 seconds (you will see the TV menu appear on the screen)

3-Select "first installation" or "service scan" and then proceed with the factory settings.
