    Good evening,
    Click on the Start menu, in the Search box, type: msconfig, a window will open with a Startup tab, there check all the Java settings and the antivirus, then uncheck the unnecessary ones.
    Go right next to the Services tab, and there check everything, these are the system startup items.
    In the General tab, only two boxes should be checked: Selective startup and Load system services.
    Once the manipulation is done, restart the PC.
    After that, remember to create a new system restore point.

      I did what you told me but it still doesn't work!!!
      The problem is that I had started to make a backup on an external hard drive that I interrupted halfway through, and since then I'm stuck because it now tells me that the backup didn't complete and when I want to create a new restore point
      I can't if you understand my mumbo jumbo!!!!

      You need to reconnect the external drive, then reconfigure the backup settings to perform it on this external drive. Do not check the box for the libraries to back up, just the C: to start.

      First of all, thank you for helping me, but the problem is still not resolved. I have plugged the external hard drive back in, but I can't reconfigure it. It tells me that the backup could not be completed, error 0x810000FF
