Aide analyse Hijackthis

Bonjour,
depuis quelques temps mon ordinateur est extrêment long. Depuis trois jours, il refuse de télécharger des fichiers sur google chrome, démarre très difficilement, n'arrive pas à ouvrir des documents sous Microsoft Office. J'ai nettoyé avec Spybot, Malwarebytes (qui n'ont rien trouvé) et Ccleaner. J'ai donc fait une analyse avec Hijackthis, et comme je ne comprends pas grand chose en informatique, je vous envoie le Log. En vous remerciant !
