    Hi
I don't quite understand, in your title you want us to help you uninstall Free Hider..., but if we uninstall it, will your files disappear with the uninstallation???
Otherwise, if you really want to uninstall it, you have Total Uninstall which will definitely remove it
Tell me exactly what you want to do, because if I understand correctly, you would like to uninstall it and then recover your folders inside ^^ is that it?
Keep in mind that if we uninstall it, nothing will be recoverable lol

      Hello Cooper,

I also don't really understand the problem very well, but after searching on various forums, this is the solution on several of them, so it's take it or leave it. I don't know any other solutions.

      Best regards, see you later.

      I understand well choucaldia
=> what I don't understand about his problem is this:
=> I forgot the password. System restore and revo uninstaller don't work.

What does Revo Uninstaller have to do with it? It's a software to remove improperly uninstalled programs, so he didn't understand that if he uninstalls it without your proposed software, he won't recover his files/folders, you understand ^^
Anyway, while waiting for his response, we’ll see, lol
      Best regards, Cooper

      Re Cooper,

Yes, we will wait because the subject is a bit unclear anyway. He wants to uninstall to recover the files, that's where I don't understand, maybe we never know?

      Best regards, see you+

What he wants is to uninstall his program but especially to make hidden files visible again with this program.
Maybe using the "show hidden files" option in the explorer would work?
Or using a live CD Linux and exploring his drives from that environment to recover them in plain view.
Often, these file cache programs under Windows are bypassed by Linux.

Yes, you are right, but it would be nice if he could give us some updates because it's all well and good to ask for help, but if it’s to ask a question and then not respond for more than an hour, what’s the point^^
But we are starting to get used to it between those who solve their problem without saying thank you and without marking it as resolved, and those who don’t respond at all!!
We get used to it!! lol
      Still waiting
P.S.: Yes, with a Linux live CD it would have been simpler, I think
      Best regards, sevenkey

    Hello,

If the problem concerns Free Hide Folder, I think I found the solution.
Actually, I was using Free Hide Folder, it's very old.

Then I formatted my PC forgetting that I had hidden some folders on another partition.

So when I reinstalled my computer properly, I couldn't access the hidden folders! It was as if they weren't there...

So I sent an email to the Free Hide Folder support (seriously...) and they sent me a link to a little software to download, which is pretty good!

In fact, you need to uninstall Free Hide Folder if it is installed, then run the software in question which can see the hidden folders, select the folder to restore, and there you go!

    Cheers, a+

+1 choucaldia I didn't think that uninstalling software could recover what was inside except with that little restore software they provide, otherwise it's not possible you understand well
      good for him anyway
      Well seen
