Aide analyse log HiJackThis (svchost)

Bonjour,

Alors voila j'ai un probleme depuis 3 jours mon ordi est très lent, impossible de jouer, ma mémoire vive de 4Go est utilise a 1,7Go au démarrage.
J'ai donc fais tout le tralala analyse secuser + ccleaner + Spybot + Malware sans qu'il ne trouve quoi que ce soit.

Du coup je tente le HiJackThis et fais analyse le log sur HijackThis.de et la il me trouve au moins une vingtaine de processus svchost "méchant", je vérifie et effectivement dans mon gestionnaire de tache ils apparaisse.

Mais voila impossible de les supprimer !! Je viens donc demander l'aide d'un expert pour pas que je me lance dans des manips douteuse et dangereuse.
