Hello,
I don't know where the wifi key is on the freebox please help me

Hello,
  • Turn on your TV, turn on your Freebox
  • With the remote, press Free
  • Go down to Services.
  • Click twice to the right to land on Network Information.
  • Then press the right arrow three times or X (for the WiFi menu).
  • All the information will be provided, including the WiFi key.

Hello,

I have indeed found the key according to your instructions.
However, there are two laptops at my home, one brand new and an old one that has external wifi access. On the latter, when I enter the key, I get a message that says: "The password must be 40 bits or 104 bits depending on the network configuration. It can be 5 or 13 ASCII characters or 10 or 26 hexadecimal characters."

I do not understand what this is about and I am asking for your help again.
