Error 7001 Windows crash

Gaëtan -
 Gaëtan -
Hello,

I have been experiencing a problem for a few days that seems quite serious, and I hope to find the necessary help here.
As soon as I start my PC, after a few minutes (maximum 10), the computer freezes and stops working. I then receive an error message saying that the Windows Explorer has stopped working. I have no choice but to restart my PC (forcefully).
However, the computer works perfectly in safe mode, and I am sending you this message from there.
I checked my devices one by one, and all drivers were up to date except for the network card (which I updated).
The Event Viewer, however, gives me bad news.
I have an error that appears continuously, several times per minute (sometimes per second!!). It is this error, always the same, 7001 from the Service Control Manager:

Other errors occur from time to time, much less frequently than the 7001 which monopolizes the viewer.
I am copying the other occurring errors:

I searched the internet for solutions, but to no avail.
It should also be noted that two weeks ago, my computer started to fail as well. It froze on the "Welcome" screen. So, a startup problem. A scan with Malwarebytes revealed 3 malware which I then quarantined. After that, I was able to restart my computer without any issues... until now.
Upon going back in the Event Viewer, I found that these errors were already present at that time. (But not earlier).
I cannot perform a restore because my system did not enable them beforehand (therefore I have no restore point).
Of course, the Avast antivirus scan yields nothing.
Since all this, the Malwarebytes scan cannot complete, and my computer has not managed to finish a single update at shutdown (these updates were running indefinitely, also forcing me to shut down the computer forcefully).
I am strongly considering formatting, but I don't know if that's the best solution. My computer being small, I don't have a CD drive and Windows 7 was provided directly with the PC.

Here are the specifications of my computer:

Hello! Thanks for your message =)
According to the site, I am supposed to find an element on my computer, but I can't.

"Before proceeding with the workaround, check that the Protected Storage service registry key is missing. The Protected Storage service registry key is located at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services "

hum avoid messing with the low register without properly informing yourself about it.

to find this you need to go to:
regedit

Hello, sorry for the late reply.
I searched the site and due to my limited skills I don't really understand everything actually =/ I'm afraid I won't understand the problem. It's the registry that's affected, but what could be hitting it?

Here's an example of what the event viewer shows me:
http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/5919/7001.png

And here are the programs that open on startup.

Since my computer works when booting in safe mode, it must be a startup program error that's causing my computer to freeze in normal mode.
What program could be causing this damage?

Thank you for your help :)

I tested each program one by one by disabling them at startup. None are responsible for the frequent freezes.
In the end, error 7001 only occurs when I'm in safe mode. In normal mode, it doesn't appear, but others do (3001, 6000).
Anyway. I'm feeling down.
