AMTC DT180U Decoder Issue

Solved

Hello,
Today, due to a mishandling, I restored the default settings on my AMTC 180U decoder. Since then, I can't find how to "search" for channels (and no matter how hard I try, I can't find the manual). Additionally, when I turn the antenna setting to on, the message "Antenna overload" appears. I've tried unplugging and plugging it back in, but nothing works.
I am therefore turning to your advice to try to find a solution ^^'

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.19

Remove the antenna setting, I think that activates the power supply. For the rest, in the menu you should have an automatic search, confirm and wait. You may also have a default parental code, try if prompted, 0000, 1111, 1234.

My problem is that there is no "auto setting" or anything like that :/ (or I can't find it)
In my menu, I have an installation section: Antenna setting / Country setting / Language / LCN. I have set the antenna setting to off, but it still doesn't work, I still can't find the solution ^^'.

You have language, country, and normally there should be auto search behind it, have you validated the country?
Otherwise, check the menu for the factory reset and perform a complete installation again.

Resetting to factory settings puts the device back to the state it was in when first unboxed, allowing for a complete reinstallation.
You tried unplugging it and plugging it back in; there may be a "bug" preventing it from starting normally, which could solve the problem before reinstallation.
For now, I’m looking for the manual.

I finally solved my problem! In fact, the TV had a display issue, and I couldn't see the entire screen and the instructions at the bottom of the screen. It was by looking at another decoder of the same type that I was able to understand. Phew ^^' thank you for your help. Even if now I still need to figure out how to adjust the screen to display the whole screen ^^

I have the same problem too. At first, I had no signal, so I ran an automatic scan, but now it finds no channels. Please help me ^^'
