Red Light Printer - Samsung SCX3200

Hello,

I have a problem with a very new Samsung SCX 3200 laser printer-scanner: it broke down overnight: the red error detection light is on and no printing is possible. I didn't notice any particular action that could have triggered this failure. I have even printed a lot up until now.

I tried to add toner (the red light could mean a lack of ink) but to no avail.

Has anyone ever had this kind of problem? Your advice would be greatly appreciated!

    I have the same problem; I replaced the toner (initial) as indicated with a new one, but now it indicates no toner. Offline, it shows the codes C1 14 11. A faulty part?
    Cannot print.
