Hello,
I admit my title is weird but here is my concern: I would like to make the Windows taskbar unable to "pop out" over a window
In XP, I would set it to auto-hide and uncheck the "keep above other windows" option
So, to avoid an intrusive taskbar, if I want it, I just press the Windows key...
But there’s no way to achieve this on seven: there’s no checkbox for keeping the taskbar above other windows.
Thanks in advance if you have a solution :)
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 11.0

Hello.
It's very simple, just right-click on an empty area of the taskbar, then -> Properties -
Nope, it doesn't work. On XP it did, but not now.
There's no way to make the bar inaccessible when the window is in full screen (which is the purpose of my post...) -
But I was wondering if there might be a parameter to adjust in regedit to do what I'm looking for.

You right-click on the taskbar, and you deselect:
"Lock the taskbar"
