Hello, I can no longer change my wallpaper. It's always black: at startup, during the use of the computer, and at shutdown. I've tried "set as desktop background" or going through the control panel, but nothing works. I don't know where the problem comes from. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

if it doesn't work:
right-click on one of the images in the Windows gallery.. and choose 'open with'-->'Internet Explorer'. From then on, when you click on the chosen image intending to set it as your desktop background, it will open with Internet Explorer... there, right-click on the opened image in Internet Explorer and choose--> 'set as desktop background'.
finally I hope it will work normally Scattman was right
