Add the msn icon to the taskbar

Good evening everyone,
I have a little request to make, the Messenger icon doesn't appear on the taskbar even though I am online, I would like to know how to make it appear?

    Right-click on the taskbar and go to Notification area settings. Check if you see MSN; if you do, click on it to make your selection from the dropdown menu. If you don’t see it, restart the MSN installation; it can only update it. See you!
