My Livebox is shutting down.

Hello,

Well, I have a little problem since this morning.

<>
My Livebox keeps shutting down, or rather it disconnects from the network; it shows a red @.

Once all the lights are on, as soon as I go to the internet page, it starts blinking red.

I’ve unplugged everything and plugged it all back in, and I even restarted the Livebox, but it still won’t cooperate.

My ADSL filters are new.

(P.S: and I couldn’t find anything in Orange's assistance regarding this problem)

So I actually want to know if the problem is on my end or theirs?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

put ADSL filters on all telephone sockets occupied by a device.
check connections on all telephone sockets, redo them if necessary.
if on the first telephone socket, where the line arrives, check that you do not have this

    if so, remove it

if the same, do a reset
