No access to my Livebox configuration

Good evening,
I am currently experiencing an issue with my Sagem Livebox purchased a week and a half ago. I am connected to the internet via Wi-Fi and a USB dongle. The Livebox works very well except for one thing:
I cannot access the configuration page of my Livebox; when I select the LIVEBOX CONFIGURATION icon, the internet explorer opens, but the page does not load. Furthermore, I noticed that after this, within the following minutes (maybe 10 or 15 minutes), I lose my internet connection and have to unplug and replug the Livebox.
This problem is particularly bothersome as it prevents me from configuring the Livebox to open the ports used by eMule.
Have you ever encountered this problem? Do you know how to solve it?

I did that except that it asks me for the username and password. I put my name and password but nothing happens. Can you explain it to me!

That's my problem, it only displays "Home" and "Preferences" whereas before it displayed everything x_x
