Wi-Fi light off on my Livebox

Hello,

I just switched my internet provider and I'm now with Orange. I did all the connections, everything was working, including the Wi-Fi.
The next day, the Wi-Fi light was off. I tried everything: resetting, unplugging, manipulating on the PC, but nothing works. On my PC, in the "manage your wireless networks" menu, it detects my Livebox, but I still can't activate the Wi-Fi. The only time it turns on is when I press it for 5 seconds, it lights up and stays solid, still solid. So... do you have a solution please?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.12

On your PC, you should access the Livebox window, where you enter the password "admin" (if you haven't installed the CD supplied with the Livebox, go to your search bar and type 192.168.1.1, and you will then see the Livebox window). Then:

- click on configuration
- click on Livebox
- click on WiFi settings

- check that the security key is displayed and that it is the correct one; if not, re-enter it (the key is written on the Livebox). Be careful, don't add any spaces; everything should be connected.

There you go, after that I can't help you anymore!!!

ps: I almost forgot, if you installed the CD, it's better to remove the Orange programs from your PC; over time it's a nest of problems... (and I know a thing or two about it) I got rid of it!!!!
