PC black screen + strange noise

Hello everyone!
Serious problem: my PC just broke down..
I was peacefully playing a game when suddenly, a loud noise came from inside the PC, sort of a BZZZ for 10 seconds.
My PC then turned off, and when I turn it back on, the inside lights up (the fan and the green LED) but the screen doesn’t..
I connected the laptop to another screen and there it is, a Blue Screen!
And then it shuts down.
What should I do? And what does it correspond to please?

According to the description of the problem, the name of the operating system is no longer displayed, and since the other screen is also blue, it means that the PC is completely damaged. I'm sorry, I don't want to scare you, but it’s a problem with the PC system. So what I invite you to do is to ask for help from a computer engineer, someone honest of course, to see if there is a possibility to format the PC; otherwise, you should contact the seller.

When I leave it on its computer, the PC stays black.
When I connect it to the other screen, Windows appears (with red stripes) and at the time of the password, the screen goes blue.
My PC is under warranty, but if I can avoid sending it in and at least know where the problem lies (to prevent it from happening again), that would be helpful.
