Frequent internet outages sfr

Hello, I had the same problem with cuts that lasted more than a year some time ago... After numerous phone complaints, two visits from the local subcontractor... I sent a registered letter to Paris Défense.
Measures were taken since 4 days after receiving the letter, the local subcontractor sent 3 vehicles for a complete inspection of my line up to the connection to the cabinet at the end of the municipality.
After several hours, it was discovered that one cable connection had been tightened so much that it had cut several small wires and that the connection was intermittent.
In fact, it is not SFR that is to blame (except for the choice of subcontractor), but, as often in France, PROFESSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS!!!
