Hello,
I am filling out an online form where I need to upload my photo but with the dimensions specified above (JPEG format at 300 DPI, 26x32 mm).
I filmed myself with my camera, but I don't know how to resize it.
Actually, I opened it in Paint, and when I try to resize it to that size (enlarge), the photo doesn't enlarge; only the borders enlarge, which is why the white space is visible.
