scan photos and have JPG format Solved

Question

Hello,
I would like to upload old photos to the copainsdavant website. They accept the JPJ format with a maximum size of 1500 KB. How can I do this with my scanner? And which software should I use? I tried using print-artist but I can't get it to work...

Problem solved thanks to you.
In Paint, I click on File and then on "from a scanner or camera," the scanned image appears on the screen. I click on File again and then on "save as...," I choose the destination folder for the photo and the jpeg type. Now I have my scanned photo saved in the chosen folder in jpeg format, and I can send it in this format.

Hi! Small technique: you scan your photo, open it with Paint, take a screenshot of your photo opened in Paint, paste it into a new Paint file and save it as a jpg :-)

When you're done with the scan, doesn't your image editing software for scanned images open?
Just save the scanned image as a jpeg.

Save as, then in the list called "type," choose jpeg.

The first thing to do is to go to the Acer France website and check if they offer any updates for Vista. You can also ask them the question; there's always a way to contact their customer service.

Hello. Personally, I scan photos in JPEG. I open Publisher and insert the photo in A4 format, either horizontal or vertical depending on the photo. I then use the crop button to trim the white parts. Next, I enlarge the photo, then right-click and save as an image. A window opens: name the file, choose the file type JPEG, and save. The enlarged photo is in your images. Close Publisher without saving because you no longer need to keep the document. Now you can incorporate this image into PowerPoint for a slideshow, attach this image in your emails, etc., and even print it if you want.
