Line spacing in Indesign?

Hello,

I would like to know what a 1.5 line spacing is equivalent to for a text in Arial font at 25 points in InDesign?

hello,

I'm copying/pasting the ID help: "By default, the Automatic Leading option is set to 120% of the font size (for example, a leading of 12 points for a 10 point font). When automatic leading is enabled, InDesign displays the leading value in the Leading menu of the Character panel."

...in your case: the leading (automatic) is 30pt.
with a leading of 1.5 (pt but you don't specify): the lines will overlap.
...but maybe it's 1½ (150%)?

Thank you, but even I wasn't told, it's a competition where they requested that, so I thought of 150%, so it's 37.5 points, does that make sense?

  The texts appear on a white background for... They are written in a column 15 cm wide. The font is Arial 25 points, line spacing 1.5.
  
  "They" should use Microsoft Office Word slang: single / 1.5 lines / double / ...
  
  Line spacing options Single This option takes the highest font in the line into account and adds additional space. This space varies depending on the font used. 1.5 lines This option allows you to add spacing equal to one and a half times the single spacing. Double This option allows you to add spacing equal to two times the single spacing.

  ...after a few attempts: the line spacing in Word is also set to 120% (so a font size of 25 = line spacing of 30pt).
  For a line spacing of 1.5 (in Word): 30 x 1.5 = 45.
  A line spacing of 180% in ID (which calculates this line spacing relative to the font size - default 120% -) would correspond to the 1.5 line spacing in Word.
